First American Title, Mountain Home, Idaho
This First American Title office building is located in Mountain Home, Idaho. The 4,475 square foot design is based on a client reception area flanked by conference rooms, and a central-core work space surrounded by private title and escrow offices. The offices feature large shaded windows and skylights in the core workspace for excellent daylighting. The exterior shell of the building is constructed of insulated concrete forms for high energy efficiency, with low maintenance brick veneer and stucco finish. The entry canopy and sun shades are untreated steel.
